 Extra large scallops breaded and fried, served with a ginger lime mayonnaise.

Seafood Stuffed Sole
Baked sole stuffed with crab and crawfish and a lemon dill cream sauce.

Ahi Tuna
Seared medium rare, with a reduction of soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and seaweed salad served over Jasmine rice.

Crawfish Etouffee
Crawfish tailmeat smothered in a rich sauce of garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and onions served over a risotto cake.

 Breaded and fried topped with a sautéed mushroom Guinness demi glaze. Served over a Cajun potato pancake.

 Stuffed with cream cheese, sun-dried cherries, jalapenos, with a Dijon Chardonnay cream sauce and a risotto cake.

 8oz. Tenderloin, two applewood smoked bacon wrapped scallops, a brandy peppercorn cream sauce and a potato pancake.
